We are really enjoying the time at home, catching up with everyone and cramming in as much socialising as possible! We're also both working full time and trying to prepare for our upcoming exams, so we are keeping busy!
Ben turned 30 this month, and last Saturday we had a birthday party for him at his parents' house, where we're staying. The theme was "dress as part of Ben's past or personality"... so we had science geeks, school students, leather-clad bikies, watersports enthusiasts, bookworms, a couple of "Ben and Anna" lookalike couples (including one pair who evidently interpreted the theme as "...or future"), and even a future child!!! Enjoy...
We leave Australia again on 17th November - will fill you in on our plans for the next stage of the journey once they're finalised! Keep in touch. :)
